Delivery
FREE Delivery Areas within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. Outside the Free Delivery Areas, a minimum surcharge of RM35 will be levied. For deliveries within Malaysia, but out of Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, delivery charges will depend on the size and weight of package. |
| Payment
All personal orders must be paid in cash prior to delivery. All corporate orders must be faxed over affixed with a company stamp. |
| Cancellation & Redirection
A 50% cancellation charge is applicable for orders that are confirmed. A minimum surcharge of RM25 applies for redirection of order. |
| Unavailability of Products
Gaby Gift Shop reserves the right to substitute the product with another product of equal or greater value in the event of product unavailability. |
